TASTING COMMITEE
The Tasting Committee is made up
of persons external to the Governing
Board, but belonging to the wine
sector, mainly oenologists from the
wineries themselves. It is managed
by the Governing Board Inspector,
who acts as Secretary at the
Committee meetings.
