VARIETIES
The winegrowers lavish care on their vineyards with natural methods, exempt from artificial chemical treatments. The different varieties grown reflect the character of the land in which they set down their roots; they provide us with the gift of aromas and flavours that contain the secrets of the grape artists.
The red grapes, with their prevailing reddish hues, are led by the Monastrell, joined by a wide range of other varieties: Garnacha, Tempranillo, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. They give sparkling wines that are meaty, smooth and balanced. The whites offer fruity nuances in their varieties of Airen, Merseguera, Macabeo and Malvasía.
