Designation of Origin Yecla, has a Regulatory Council, which is corporation having legal personality under public law, who works for the defense and promotion of their identity and the application of its rules.

The Council endorses his seal the authenticity of the wines produced in our covered warehouses.

Controls and protects both during cultivation and harvest, and in the making, aging and contraetiquetado of wines, thus ensuring the quality of the wines of Yecla. Encourages the planting of native variety "Monastrell" besides developing an intense promotional activity.

 

 

 

The Regulatory Council of Yecla is governed by its rules, Order of October 4, 2006, the Ministry of Agriculture and Water, by its specifications, plus all the national and European regulations on viticulture.
